No payment is required for the sandbox. You'll get API calls completely free on the sandbox. When you're ready to go live, you can upgrade to a paid plan.

After signing up, log into your dashboard at https://shipping.romaxdesigns.co.ke/dashboard. Navigate to "API Key" on the page. You can generate new key at anytime. Always keep your API key secure.

Current Rate limits are 100 requests/ 10 seconds: In 10 seconds 100 customers can requests delivery rates to their city/town

We are updating soon to rate limits depending on the current user plan.

Currently we do not support Webhooks though will be available on all paid plans in the future.

Absolutely. We provide a sandbox environment with test API keys that simulate real multi-courier responses for free. Use https://shipping.romaxdesigns.co.ke/sandbox for testing.

We operate on a pay as you go pricing model. You top up your account to make API calls. Plans start at KES 800 for 1,000 calls. No Expiry. View detailed pricing on our Pricing page.

We accept M-Pesa only at the moment. Enterprise customers can request invoice-based billing with wire transfer options.

No. All our plans are valid until you deplete your credits with no long-term commitment. You can stop using the service anytime. Enterprise plans may have custom terms.

Rates fetched in real-time are the current approved courier rate card. We update rate cards regularly when the courier updates to ensure accuracy.

The data you provide to us in varous ways like phone number, email and information acquired during payment is solely used for contacting you and troubleshooting and we never share your data with any third party.

Yes. We are fully GDPR compliant. All user data is processed in accordance with GDPR requirements. We offer data export and deletion. Contact us for DPA requests.

API request logs are retained for 90 days for troubleshooting and analytics. After 90 days, logs are automatically purged. You can't request earlier deletion.
